Dental Feel Group, a leading operator of dental clinics in northern Italy, announced today that it has strengthened its shareholder base and received a significant strategic investment from Transition Capital Partners. The company’s founder and CEO, Dr. Alberto Fabbri, who remains a major shareholder, has partnered with Transition Capital Partners and its co-investors, and in particular on this investment Yana Investment Partners and a Luxembourg based family office, to continue the company’s expansion in the Italian dental sector. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2017 by Dr Alberto Fabbri, Dental Feel Group has seen, in just five years, sustainable organic growth that has led it to now have eight active dental clinics in Piedmont and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

Dental Feel is an Italian group with strong growth potential that has been able to establish itself as a top player in its market in just a few years. Dental Feel offers general dentistry, implantology, orthodontics, pedodontics and other related services. Using the latest technology and prioritising quality and innovation, it is focused on providing each of its patients with the highest quality service with a highly qualified dental staff.

With the entry of Transition Capital Partners in the Group’s shareholding, a sustainable development business plan has been defined, which will allow Dental Feel Group to accelerate its growth in the coming years and offer a differentiated service offering.
